Alexia is absolutely amazing! As a naturally dark brunette, I’m super picky about how my hair is lightened. I have had some bad experience in the past. Alexia pays attention to the details all the way through - from the color, cut, and style. She listens to all my concerns and delivers exactly what I ask for. She is so easy to talk to - so personable and educated on hair. I never leave disappointed! I will be her client for years to come! And, Stem Salon has all of the products you need to maintain in one place. Because of Stem I am a die hard Kerastase fan now and I have tried a lot of hair care products in my lifetime. Thank you Alexia and Stem! 🩷 the lighting in my home is heinous at this hour but just look at that blending… and it’s as soft as it looks due to the kerastase in-salon treatment.

Absolutely Thrilled with My Hair Color Transformation! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stem Salon and had my hair colored by the incredibly talented hairstylist, Erika. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. From the moment I walked into the salon, Erika's expertise and passion for her craft were evident. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss my desired outcome, patiently listening to my ideas and offering valuable suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. Her knowledge and understanding of color theory were truly impressive. Note: this is the first time i colored my hair (ever)

Kylie was amazing. This was the first time I was at STEM salon, and I had been suggested to Shannon, but she was booked up, so she helped me book a last-minute appointment with Kylie. Coming in I put my trust in Kylie to help me fix my extensions, answered all my questions, and helped with my concerns with my extensions. We had great conversations and appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, I love my hair and the outcome of my appointment. I am sad that she is leaving, but I wish her the best on her next adventure <3

Mariah is so sweet and did such an amazing job on my hair! She was super knowledgeable and professional and made me feel so comfortable and pampered. My hair has never felt this good. It’s been a couple weeks later I am so happy with the haircut she gave me and the products she recommended for me. I am already looking forward to my future appointment with her and she is definitely my hair girl from now on. :)

Unfortunately did not get the same experience as many have stated. Was charged a total of $425 without tip. $395 for the Full Blonding+ Haircut Service with an additional $70 of extra color used. However, the balayage full-blonding was poorly executed for the price. To fix, I was going to be charged for an additional appointment to fix the sections of my hair that were never properly colored. Very disappointed in how the staff handled my situation and the lack of customer service from the front desk.

Alicia is the best stylist I've ever been to. She is so kind and sweet, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for. She offered me several different options that would have worked for me, but she took the time to explain why she thought one option would be the best fit. She gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my hair at home, and she showed me how to style my hair in a way that was both flattering and easy to do. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks Alicia!

AWFUL. I had a horrible experience at this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. I spent five hours in the chair and paid hundreds of dollars only to still be having issues caused by their products and stylist. I chose a stylist, and showed her my inspiration. After five hours, I looked in the mirror and was stunned. I said “I can’t see anything”. Yup. It looked nothing like what I wanted. It was not a balayage. The stylist assured me that it would get lighter and look different. Oh yeah it does. My hair now a few weeks later looks like I dyed the whole thing light brown. It does not look like a balayage at all. I’ve had five done in my life and this was the worst. In addition, my hair has been so dry ever since I got it dyed. Again I’ve had this done before and was a professional swimmer previously and my hair has never felt worse. Whatever product they used ruined my hair. It’s so dry and gets so tangled it’s awful. So not only did I sit in a chair five hours, pay hundreds of dollars, but I got a lousy job done that wasn’t even what I scheduled for (full hair dye versus balayage) but my hair is still recovering. Yes you can choose a different stylist, but they are an absurd price. And their products are all the same. I also did a lot of research and yet… I still can’t stop thinking about how awful and scarring this has been. And she wasn’t even the lowest tiered and said she was about to get promoted. Also, as a working woman, not being open on Sundays makes it really hard to find time to get a dye job done in general. I took time off work for this and it was for a wedding and you couldn’t even tell anything had been done at the wedding and now my hair is ugly.
